Online Crockango Bonanza Entry Form

By submitting this online Form all Team members, Junior Subs, Parents and Guardians agree, to have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions of the Crockango Bonanza Club.

1. In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the event with Crockango Angling Club, the Crockango Angling Bonanza 2025:I waive all claims that I may have against the Crockango Angling Club & the Bonanza 2024, it's officers, members, volunteers,
   employees, agents and sponsors, or it's executors, administrators, heirs, successors or assigns (the organisers), and release them from
   all claims for death, injury or damage arising out of my participation in their event, and its related activities, together with any costs,
   including legal fees.
   I agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the organizers against damage arising out of my participation in the events and its related
   activities.
2. I agree to comply with all the rules, regulations and instructions of the organizers.
3. In the event of injury or illness during participation, I consent to receive medical treatment, which may be deemed advisable by
   the organizers.
4. I acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and equipment during the event and activities and venue.
5. I hereby permit the free use of my name and picture in any broadcasts, telecasts and the press including website as they pertain to
   the Crockango Angling Club & Bonanza their events and activities.
6. I understand that my entry fee and camping fee is non-transferable and not refundable after the closing date.
7. I agree to have my personal details recorded and used by the Crockango Angling Club and related parties for further
   communications of future related events.
8. I undertake to commit myself to the rules and regulations of the Crockango Angling Bonanza 2025.

Herewith I agree to the Entry form Regulations:

1. The Bonanza 2025 will be held from the 29th of April to 2nd of May. Captains meeting will be on the 28th of April.(Three and a half days of fishing) Prize Giving Ceremony will be on the 2nd of May 2025.
2. Venue: Camp Crockango (Please complete the Camp Booking Form)
3. Entries close on 15 April 2025 – must be fully completed and fully paid on or before 15 April 2025.
   Entries must consist of a completed Open Bonanza Entry Form 2025, Indemnity form 2025 (Submitted), Camp booking form 2025 and proof of payment.
   If all of the above requirements are met, your entry will be completed and accepted.
4. Entry fee for 2025: N$6000.00 per team. EXCLUDING CAMPING-Camping must be booked and paid for separately.
   All RAN Members will receive a N$200.00 discount per member on the entry fee for members listed on the team only, this is not for junior subs listed.
5. Angling & Boat Permits: No angler or boat will be allowed on the Bonanza without a valid permit for the duration of the competition.
   Permits can be ordered through Crockango Club, please fill in the Angling & Boat Permit Form.
6. Junior Subs: Junior must be 12 years or under. Junior do not need to fish every day of the competition but if junior is on the boat for a fishing day he/she must stay on the boat for the duration of the day. Junior subs fish caught will be added to the team’s points.
   Team prizes will consist of 3 prizes per team, junior subs listed excluded.
   Prize Giving dinner is included in entry for team members listed above, Junior subs excluded.
